Sonic The Hedgehog made our list of the best films from 2020, so we were thrilled to hear the latest announcements about the sequel. So what's the title of Sonic The Hedgehog 2. . .wait for it. . .

It's short. It's easy to remember. I like it. Sonic The Hedgehog 2 will be titled Sonic The Hedgehog 2 and will be running back into theaters on April 8, 2022. I know that I'll be right on the heels of everyone's favorite blue speedster as I race to the movies to check this out!

We loved the first Sonic movie - James Marsden was perfect, Ben Schwartz brought Sonic to life with his delightful voice talents, and, of course, Jim Carey - what's not to love! The movie was the right mix of action and heart, kid fun and adult humor to entertain the whole family. I'm excited to see the sequel pick up where this story left off and uncover the newest Sonic adventures.
