Disney's Jungle Cruise starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Emily Blunt has been anticipated by fans for quite some time now by excited fans and we finally have an update to share.  Following the recent success of "hybrid" releases - both in theaters and on Disney+ - Disney's Jungle Cruise will release quite literally everywhere on July 30, 2021.  Disney+ subscribers will be able to access the movie with premier access for an additional fee of $29.99.  Check out the trailer below:

The Jungle Cruise is one of my favorite rides at Walt Disney World because of the way guests get to interact with witty, comical cast members (remember that time Brody earned his Skipper's License?). I'm really looking forward to the way that Johnson and Blunt bring characters to life in an original story set against the backdrop of an iconic ride.  When I watch the trailer for Disney's Jungle Cruise, I can almost see our two leads enjoying a meal at Jungle Navigation Co. LTD Skipper Canteen in Magic Kingdom, can't you?

Johnson and Blunt are no strangers to Disney movies with The Rock providing a memorable performance in Moana as Maui and Blunt starring in Mary Poppins Returns.  Their comedic timing seems to play well off of each other and I think viewers are in for a quite a treat!

Who is with me in counting down to July 30th and the release of Disney's Jungle Cruise?
